Overview

The Russian Speaking Home Support Worker provides practical, respectful support to people in their homes. The role combines personal care, household assistance, and communication in Russian to help individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and daily routines.

Responsibilities

- Assist with patient care, senior care, dementia care, and support for individuals with disabilities, adapting help to each person’s needs.
- Prepare meals, clean living areas, and provide home care and caregiving support.
- Support medication administration and everyday nursing-related tasks within agreed care plans and procedures.
- Help with safe movement and heavy lifting when appropriate, and offer compassionate support in hospice care settings.
- Your impact: Consistent, attentive support helps individuals feel safer and more comfortable at home.

Experience

Required:



Practical caregiving skills, clear communication in Russian, and the ability to assist with personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and secure movement.
Preferred: Assisted living, home care, nursing home, senior care, hospice care, dementia care, patient care, nursing, medication administration, or experience working with individuals with disabilities. These strengths help you adapt support to different needs and work reliably with care teams.
