West Coast Kia is looking for a Red Seal Automotive Technician to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete assigned maintenance, service, and repair work accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure repairs meet dealership quality standards and pass required inspections or road tests.
- Road test vehicles as required to confirm repairs have been completed properly.
- Maintain personally owned tools in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Properly care for dealership tools and equipment.
- Follow dealership safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Complete accurate and detailed repair documentation.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians regarding repairs and service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient and positive shop environment.
- Demonstrate pride in workmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Continue developing technical skills through available training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification.
- Previous automotive service and repair experience in a dealership or independent shop.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safe working practices.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Own automotive technician tools.
- Reynolds DMS experience is an asset.
- Previous Kia or other dealership experience is an asset.
