Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Food Expeditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Food to our guests. The Expeditor will work closely with the Executive Chef/BOH Team to coordinate and and ensure that all orders arrive accurately and efficently to our guests.

Duties:

- Coordinate with Line Cooks/Executive chefs to ensure that food is coming out accurately and within a timely manner

- Making sure that all dishes have the correct garnishes and perfect presentation

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders promptly

- Maintain a clean/sanitized work space

-Assist Kitchen in shut down nightly.

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role





- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with BOH as well as FOH employees

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Line Cook experience is an asset
