We are seeking a Senior Risk Management Advisor recognized for their expertise, leadership, and ability to independently navigate complex issues. You will help support strategic decision-making in the Insurance, Savings, and Group Retirement sector—a dynamic and growing business sector—while ensuring compliance with regulations and sound risk management.
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Sector Risk Management Leader (BRO) and the Sector Compliance Leader (BCO). In doing so, they will provide a comprehensive overview to enable periodic reporting on the sector’s risk profile to stakeholders.
The incumbent provides advice on effective risk management, particularly by supporting the identification and assessment of risks and the determination of actions to be taken in cases of non-compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, and industry standards, or in cases of non-compliance with the Group’s risk appetite and tolerance. The incumbent is involved in the professional development of other advisors on the team with regard to risk management.

- Collaborate with the sector’s various teams to ensure proactive and integrated risk management, acting as an expert and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives. This includes contributing to project-related risk analyses and providing risk management expertise during transformation or innovation projects.
