A&A; Merchandising Ltd. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to service retail locations throughout Victoria and the surrounding area.

Founded in 1994, A&A; Merchandising is a Canadian-owned and operated retail merchandising company. Our national field team completes thousands of retail store visits every month on behalf of leading brands and retailers across Canada.

This is a part-time, flexible, on-the-road position. The successful candidate must have their own reliable vehicle and be comfortable travelling between assigned retail locations throughout Greater Victoria and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

- Visit assigned retail locations throughout Victoria and surrounding areas
- Complete merchandising visits for leading national and international brands
- Set up, maintain and update retail displays
- Install promotional materials and POP signage
- Merchandise products according to client instructions and planograms
- Conduct in-store audits and compliance checks
- Complete product and promotional demonstrations when required
- Take clear before-and-after photographs of completed work
- Submit accurate visit reports through A&A;'s field reporting platform
- Identify and report damaged,



missing or incorrectly installed displays
- Communicate professionally with store management and A&A;'s field management team

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence – required
- Reliable personal vehicle – required
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout Victoria and the surrounding area
- Previous retail merchandising experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
- Reliable, organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting, photographs and communication
- Able to follow detailed written instructions and planograms
- Professional when interacting with store employees and management
- Comfortable performing hands-on merchandising and light display work

Compensation & Travel

- $19.00–$20.00 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.40/km for approved travel outside a 45 km radius
- Flexible part time scheduling
- Hours vary depending on active client programs and store requirements
