Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator

Job Type: Sub Contractor

This is a contracted position under the direction of the Manager of Recreation & Volunteer Services. The Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator recruits, interviews, screens, trains, and manages volunteers in programs throughout the organization that contribute to the benefits and services offered to the residents and community of Langley Lodge. This position also supports the Senior Peer Support Group as part of the community initiative of the organization. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates volunteer programs within the organization according to Langley Lodge policies and procedures.

Graduated from Post-Secondary Degree and/or Certificate in Volunteer Management





Minimum of two years' work experience with volunteers.

Experience with geriatric setting

Significant managerial and human resources experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
