In line with Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) direction, the Department of National Defence has adopted a common hybrid work model where employees work at their designated worksite at least 4 days each week, or 80% of their regular schedule. Some positions may require full-time on-site presence.

Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to staff one (1) EL-04 position on an indeterminate (permanent) basis in Petawawa, Ontario.

A pool of partially or essentially qualified candidates may be established through this process and may be used to staff identical or similar positions at the Department of National Defence.

COE1. Willingness and ability to undertake regional travel as required to perform preventive maintenance duties.

- EX1. Experience with computerized maintenance management software and medical diagnostic software.

- EX2. Experience in ing healthcare IT knowledge such as networking (including various protocols and associated hardware), application interfaces, antivirus and encryption.

- EX3. Experience in the inspection, calibration, repair,



and performance verification of a wide range of electronic, electrical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic medical equipment and systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance with applicable standards.
