We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive experience who enjoys working with customers, understands vehicle repair and maintenance, and is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced shop environment. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact between our customers and technicians. You will help customers understand what their vehicles need, prepare estimates, communicate repair recommendations, and help keep the shop running smoothly from vehicle drop-off through completion. Responsibilities - Greet customers and discuss their vehicle concerns and service needs - Create repair orders and prepare accurate estimates - Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally - Communicate with technicians regarding inspections, repairs, and timelines - Keep customers updated throughout the repair process - Present inspection findings and recommended work to customers - Recommend additional maintenance, repairs, tires, or services when appropriate - Schedule appointments and help manage shop workflow - Process payments and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records - Follow up with customers when required - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism What We’re Looking For - Previous automotive industry experience is strongly preferred - Service Advisor, technician, mechanic, parts, tire,
