Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indian Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian curries and operating a tandoor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of authentic Indian curries with consistent taste and quality

- Operate and manage tandoor (naan, roti, kebabs, etc.)

- Plan and execute daily food preparation efficiently

- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness

- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients

- Work efficiently during busy service hours

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Indian Chef (mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of Indian curries (required)

- Experience with tandoor cooking (required)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

- Team player with valuable communication skills

- Must have valid work authorization in Canada
