Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their design needs, style preferences, and budget.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials.
- Assist clients in selecting flooring, tiles, cabinetry, countertops, vanities, and other finishing materials.
- Prepare quotations and product specifications.
- Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse,constructors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed smoothly.
- Revise designs based on client feedback.
- Visit project sites for measurements when required.
- Stay up to date with current interior design trends, materials, and products.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, or a related field.




- Interior design experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, or other 3D rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, construction drawings, and material selection.
- Experience in kitchen, bathroom, flooring, or residential renovation design is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver Licence
