Lead organizational dashboards in Montreal’s hybrid setting, applying advanced analytics and data management to support senior leadership decisions. As Director within Morgan Stanley’s Workforce Architecture & Risk Management team, you will execute the organizational dashboard program. The work spans Human Resources, Technology, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, and business stakeholders. You will support performance management, compensation processes, enterprise workforce governance, and process transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee dashboard data integrity, validation, monitoring, and quality control
- Analyse complex datasets, metrics, and KPIs for business insights
- Partner with Technology on sourcing, automation, and analytical capabilities
- Manage priorities, deliverables, escalations,



and stakeholder alignment
- Prepare executive reporting and presentations for senior leadership

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience
- Advanced analytical and data management skills
- Cross-functional project and programme management experience
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and data modelling Apply workforce analytics, dashboard governance, Excel expertise, and executive communication to advance Morgan Stanley’s organizational performance reporting.
