Lead data stewardship collaboration at CMHC through governance communication, change enablement, and practical guidance across the organization. This hybrid position requires some in-office presence. As Data Stewardship Community of Practice Lead, you will connect data professionals through the Enterprise Data and Analytics Data Stewardship Team. You will strengthen consistent stewardship practices by translating governance expectations into actionable work. The temporary assignment lasts 13 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the Data Stewardship Community of Practice

- Develop practical guidance for different data personas
- Apply change management and stewardship reporting

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Seven years leading change or managing communities of practice
- Three years of Data Stewardship or Data Governance experience
- Solid communication, presentation, influencing, and cross-cultural skills
- Ability to coordinate initiatives, stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies Bring data governance, relationship-building, and change leadership expertise to strengthen CMHC’s connected stewardship community.
