We are small and fast-moving. Decisions get made in days, and what you do is visible.

About the role
This is a deep NetSuite role with a delivery organisation attached. You would be the most senior NetSuite mind in the building and the person Professional Services answers to — three pods with named leads, a shared functional pool and a shared technical pool, working across three regions and several time zones.
Three things define this job. The first is depth: you know NetSuite well enough to be the final word on a design. The second is scale: our delivery capacity has to grow ahead of the client base, and it has to grow as a repeatable model rather than through heroics. The third is leadership: this team has grown quickly, and it needs someone who develops the pod leads, settles the way of working, and keeps good people.
What you'll be doingOwn the solutionAct as design authority on NetSuite architecture across client engagements — data model, financials, integrations and the boundary between configuration and customisationDecide when to configure, when to customise and when to say no — and make the call stickReview and challenge estimates before they are committed to a clientSet the technical standards: coding best practices, customisation governance,

Retention in delivery is a result of how the team is run, and it sits with you.
