Handle SAAQ and CNESST litigation as a remote-capable lawyer, representing accident victims before Quebec administrative tribunals. Laval office access is available. PROGARDE seeks a litigation lawyer to support growing operational needs and serve as its designated representative with the Barreau du Québec. You will manage administrative law files, represent clients before the TAT and TAQ, and provide guidance throughout proceedings. The work supports vulnerable clients through a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee SAAQ and CNESST administrative law files
- Represent clients and argue before the TAT and TAQ
- Assess client needs during meetings and provide qualified guidance
- Review files and prepare legal opinions from internal analyses




- Advise clients on strategies, remedies, and courses of action

Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant legal practice experience
- Significant SAAQ and CNESST experience with administrative tribunals
- Autonomy, accountability, and ability to work without daily supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and adaptable communication skills
