Key Responsibilities
- Advise construction clients on contractual and legal matters
- Handle disputes involving construction and contractual liability
- Draft contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation
- Participate in defect, delay, deficiency, and claims matters
- Represent clients before courts when required

Requirements:
- Membership in valuable standing with the Québec Bar
- Relevant construction law experience
- Strong contractual and technical construction understanding
- Legal drafting, negotiation, and strategic skills
