This frontline leader role connects technicians with Reliability, Parts, Warranty, Planning, and Suncor Maintenance. Use hands-on mining equipment experience, technical judgment, and transparent communication to support safe, compliant work.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technicians and assign daily haul truck maintenance work
- Monitor shift progress, scope, schedules, risks, and delays
- Conduct toolbox talks and reinforce safety requirements
- Review service reports, photos,



and audit-ready documentation
- Communicate onsite status with Suncor Maintenance

Requirements:
- Journeyperson trade professional; Red Seal preferred
- Five-plus years supporting large mining mobile equipment
- Komatsu haul truck experience; 980 or 930 preferred
- Lead Hand or supervisory experience coaching technicians
