As a Senior Content Designer, you will help patients feel informed throughout digital healthcare journeys. You will write for product experiences and communications, turn complex healthcare information into approachable language, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and lifecycle marketers. This hands-on role also uses AI tools and helps build Felix’s content design practice.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or copywriting
- Consumer-facing digital product or service experience
- Portfolio showing product and customer communication writing
- Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgement
