Lead large-scale construction projects for Ledcor in Ontario, applying civil project management expertise and coordinating multidisciplinary teams from site. As Senior Project Manager, you will support major commercial construction delivery with 10+ years of project management experience. The work spans contracts, execution planning, construction sequencing, civil scopes, earthworks, wet utilities, budgets, schedules, and safety. You will coordinate designers, technical teams, clients, discipline managers, subcontractors, and onsite teams throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts, timelines, budgets, staffing, materials, and equipment requirements
- Develop execution plans covering staging, workplans, subcontracting, and equipment

Requirements:
- 10+ years managing large, complex projects with a major general contractor
- Post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field
- Full-cycle major project experience across structural, civil, M&E;, and architectural scopes
- Contract law, project planning, and budget management experience
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Bring technical leadership, construction planning, and client coordination skills to major commercial projects with Ledcor in Ontario.
