Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle hiring across highly specialized business areas
- Develop sourcing strategies using networks, labs, conferences, and ecosystems
- Assess technical capability, competencies, and culture fit

- Manage senior and international offers, competing offers, and relocation

Requirements:
- Six-plus years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Three-plus years recruiting engineering and scientific hardware and software roles
- Robust technical fluency for conversations with scientists and engineers
- Experience sourcing and closing PhD-level talent globally
