Hosts Wanted: Toronto’s Premier Christmas Pop-Up
Pay: Up to $18.00/hour + tip out

For 33 days each November and December, a downtown Toronto space becomes a full holiday experience. Three themed rooms, meticulous decor, a cocktail list worth the wait, and a door that does not stop from the moment we open.

The host sets the tone for the entire night. First impression, first conversation, first decision about how a guest’s evening is going to go. In a room like ours, that role carries real weight.

The Role:

- Set the tone and energy of the room from the moment a guest walks in
- Control the pacing of the floor, seating in a rhythm the kitchen and bar can sustain through peak service
- Assign guests to the right table for their party size, occasion, and the experience they came for
- Manage the reservation book, walk-in flow, and waitlist with accurate quote times
- Maintain the guest experience during waits so the energy at the door stays as strong as the energy in the room
- Communicate continuously with servers, bartenders,



and management on floor status and incoming volume

Who We’re Looking For:

- Experienced. You have run a door in a high-volume room and can speak to how you managed it.
- Genuine warmth with guests paired with real composure under pressure
- Strong organizational instincts. You hold the entire floor in your head and stay ahead of it.
- Professional presentation and presence
