We are seeking a Residential Duct Cleaner/Jr. Maintenance Technician with proven experience in duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working directly with homeowners. This role includes both duct cleaning and preventative maintenance, along with the opportunity to earn commission through upselling additional services and products.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform residential duct, furnace, and dryer vent cleaning
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving minor HVAC issues
- Provide transparent communication and education to homeowners
- Recommend additional services/products (earn commission on sales)
- Maintain company vehicles, tools,
and equipment
- Complete work orders and reports accurately
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Participate in team meetings and events
What We’re Looking For
· 1–2 years’ experience in duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance (preferred)
· Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of HVAC systems and related tools/equipment
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
· Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs, tight spaces)
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to confidently recommend and upsell additional services/products
· Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
