Kitchen Manager At Los Cuervos Taqueria and Cantina

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
- Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with front of the house regularly
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a hotel or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously




- Proficient in food production techniques and culinary trends

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
