Kindergarten Teacher – Alhidayah Islamic School
Location: North York, Toronto
Alhidayah School is seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Help with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Ontario Kindergarten Curriculum.
- Help maintain a positive, secure, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and character development.
- Monitor student progress and maintain effective communication with parents and school administration.
- Incorporate Islamic values and good manners into daily classroom activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching Kindergarten (JK/SK).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and working with young children.
- ECE or OCT certification is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Islamic school environment.
