A Day In The Life Of Our Class 5 Driver

- Operating our regional, 5-ton 100% electric truck, in a safe and effective manner. You must have a clean driver's abstract.
- Delivering kitchen cabinets throughout the Okanagan Valley in a 2-person team
- Moving and lifting cabinets in and out of the truck with care
- Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in regards to attire and the inside/outside of the truck
- Completing different tasks around the Westwood warehouse when there are no deliveries planned
- Upholding the highest safety standards, in and out of the truck

Your Qualifications and Experience

- Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License (at least 5 years of driving experience with a clean abstract)




- Canadian citizen/resident or valid work permit
- Air brake endorsement
- Practical experience driving a 5-ton truck
- Ability and experience moving and lifting heavy items
- Experience in a customer-facing position
- Previous furniture delivery experience is an asset
- Experience working with a team
- Reliable and flexible to meet business needs with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
