The Role

As a Cold Calling & Appointment Setter, you’ll make outbound calls on behalf of our clients, connect with potential customers, and book qualified appointments directly into their calendars.

You’ll be helping real businesses generate current opportunities, build their customer base, and grow their sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers on behalf of our clients.
- Introduce businesses and their services in a friendly, professional manner.
- Identify potential customers who are interested in learning more.
- Book qualified appointments directly into clients’ calendars.
- Keep track of calls, conversations, and appointments booked.
- Represent CARRY and our clients professionally on every call.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills and a comfortable phone presence.




- Confidence speaking with new people and handling objections.
- A self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability, organization, and a results-driven mindset.
- Previous cold calling, sales, or appointment-setting experience is an asset, but not required.

Compensation

CARRY is a startup, so this role will be commission-based to begin. Compensation will be tied to results, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business as we expand our client base.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, wants to develop their skills, and is excited about helping build something from the ground up.
