This Cybersecurity Governance and Performance Lead supports policy and standards implementation. The work involves cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and performance activities. You will align requirements, regulatory obligations, and technical needs with actionable cybersecurity language.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop cybersecurity policies and standards
- Identify control gaps and overlapping requirements
- Translate risks and technical requirements into policy language
- Guide projects, technology teams, and business stakeholders




- Support cybersecurity and compliance governance activities

Requirements:
- Five years of Information Technology experience
- Three years of cybersecurity or related experience
- Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, ISO, cloud security, and AI risk
- Experience maintaining cybersecurity policies and standards
- Ability to provide and use a personal laptop Apply cybersecurity governance, policy development, and risk expertise as a Vancouver-based lead supporting organizational requirements and compliance programs.
