The City of Nanaimo is seeking a permanent full time Manager, Development Engineering. Reporting to the Director of Planning & Development, the incumbent will plan, organize, direct, and control the Development Engineering Section, ensuring timely review of development proposals and adherence to municipal standards. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline with at least five years of related experience, eligibility for APEGBC, and a valid Class 5 BC
