Work remotely and on the road from Canada, servicing industrial equipment through diagnostics, customer training, and technical support for Alliance North America. This Field Service Technician supports ANA customers with generators, air compressors, and associated equipment. The position reports to the National Service Manager and follows a weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular customer visits build open relationships while engineering and manufacturing collaboration supports product improvements and new development.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform safe installation and customer training services
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete field repairs
- Maintain service vehicles and professional customer communication




- Update product knowledge through continuous study
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 80%

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in field service or related technical work
- Trade certification or technical training preferred
- Strong field problem-solving and equipment diagnostic abilities
- Comfort interacting with customers and providing training
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate facilities Use mechanical knowledge, basic electrical skills, and transparent customer communication to deliver dependable ANA field service throughout Canada.
