Support environmental laboratories across Alberta and British Columbia as a Human Resources Business Partner focused on employee relations and leadership coaching. Eurofins seeks a hands-on HR qualified to influence employee experience across multiple sites. You will advise leaders, support employees, and contribute across recruitment, development, compliance, and organizational change. The work spans strategic conversations and practical employee lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach managers on employee relations and performance management
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Guide workplace investigations, accommodations, and return-to-work processes
- Design training materials and facilitate learning sessions




- Use HR metrics and dashboards for informed decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Three to five years of progressive HR experience
- Knowledge of Alberta and British Columbia employment legislation
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft 365 and HR systems proficiency Bring practical HR expertise, leadership coaching, and employee relations experience to Eurofins’ laboratory operations across Western Canada.
