As a Senior Consultant, you will support Strategic Transaction Advisory and Accounting & Reporting engagements. You will work on accounting research, financial statements, framework conversions, and transaction-related deliverables. Collaboration with transaction, tax, consulting, and assurance professionals will broaden your advisory perspective.

Key Responsibilities
- Own workstreams involving acquisition accounting and purchase price allocations
- Research technical accounting matters and analyze applicable standards
- Prepare position papers, memoranda, presentations, and recommendations
- Contribute to mergers, IPO readiness, financings, and transformations




- Manage priorities and meet project deadlines with client teams

Requirements:
- Completed or in-progress CPA designation or international equivalent
- Approximately three to five years auditing, accounting, or reporting experience
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and/or ASPE
- Solid analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
