Coordinate Mine Operations training for Elk Valley Resources, leading hourly trainers and supporting safe, productive equipment performance. Work a 4x4 day-and-night rotation. As Coordinator, Training, you will report to the Senior Coordinator, Training, and align programs with site requirements. Your work includes developing Standard Practices and Procedures, assessing departmental needs, delivering field and classroom instruction, and maintaining training documentation. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and competing-priority management are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Align training delivery with Mine Operations department priorities
- Modify Standard Practices and Procedures to site standards
- Assess training needs with supervisors and departments




- Deliver presentations at monthly safety meetings
- Maintain and update regulatory knowledge through ongoing training

Requirements:
- Three years’ training or mentoring experience
- Three years’ industrial experience with heavy equipment exposure
- Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid organizational skills and prioritization ability
