Support Check Point customers with VPN troubleshooting, Wireshark analysis, and technical communication in a hybrid office schedule. Travel occasionally across the United States and Canada. As a Diamond Services Engineer, you will resolve product-related issues for direct customers, resellers, O&M;, and field personnel. Check Point relies on your enterprise networking and Internet Security experience, Linux understanding, and ability to communicate with clients at engineer and management levels. You will also facilitate implementations, maintenance, education, and documentation while developing product troubleshooting expertise. This hybrid work from home position requires two office days weekly where a Check Point office is present.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver customer education and author supporting documentation
- Communicate with clients at engineering and management levels

Requirements:
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN technologies
- Experience with Wireshark or traffic analysis tools
- Understand TCP and UDP protocol connections
- Working knowledge of ARP, VoIP, OSPF, and BGP
- Read and develop easy Bash shell scripts Bring Check Point experience, VPN expertise, and customer support skills to technical issue resolution across enterprise security environments.
