Lead enterprise SAP training from Teck’s downtown Vancouver office, shaping learning strategies and deployment plans for a unified platform. Collaborate globally across functions. As Lead, Training, you will represent the ERP Program’s Training workstream and report to the Program Manager, Organizational Readiness. You will guide standardized training solutions supporting SAP processes, technology deployment, and new ways of working. The role requires collaboration with Systems Integrators, ERP, change management, and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise SAP training strategy
- Coordinate training plans and curricula across business functions
- Build and quality-assure role-specific training materials
- Plan resources for testing, delivery,



and post-go-live support
- Monitor effectiveness and report risks, issues, and recommendations

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ training, learning, and knowledge management experience
- Strong ERP and industrial business process understanding
- Up-to-date training tools and methodology proficiency
- Leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities
