Shape AI and machine learning solutions at Smile Digital Health while building scalable healthcare data products in a two-week Agile sprint setting. As a Senior Software Developer focused on AI/ML, you will guide strategy and implementation within Smile Labs. Your work supports customer-specific solutions built on Smile’s FHIR-based data liberation platform. Apply semantic matching, RAG systems, document parsing, and agentic frameworks to complex healthcare data projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the team’s AI/ML subject matter expert
- Document AI strategy and align it with product roadmaps
- Shape project scope, milestones, and solution design
- Implement AI/ML solutions, prototypes, and external components
- Write manageable code, unit tests,



and technical documentation

Requirements:
- Six or more years in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering
- Two or more years implementing advanced AI solutions
- Experience with semantic matching, RAG, and structured document parsing
- Experience deploying agentic systems with LangGraph, Crew AI, or OpenAI Agents SDK
