Customer Service Representative

Northway Glass is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You’ll help answer questions, coordinate orders, provide product information, process insurance-related claims, and ensure customers receive professional and timely service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with product questions, quotes, orders, and service requests
- Prepare and process customer orders accurately
- Handle and coordinate ICBC glass claims and related paperwork
- Coordinate with our installers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries or installations
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Perform basic accounting and administrative duties
- Use Sage Accounting for relevant bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every customer





Qualifications & Skills

- Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset
- Experience with Sage Accounting is an asset
- Experience processing ICBC claims is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the glass, automotive, construction, building materials, or home improvement industry is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
