Location: Windsor, ON (project sites in Windsor–Essex and across southwestern Ontario) Job type: Full-time, permanent Pay: $45,760 per year (fixed annual salary; scheduled up to 44 hours per week) Start: December 2026 About the role You are Willow Clover Homes' representative on site — the eyes, ears, and record of the project. Our trade work is performed by subcontractors; your job is presence, documentation, and communication, so every project is visible and accounted for every day. What you'll do - Be on site during scheduled work; open and close the site - Take daily progress photos and an end-of-day video walkthrough, uploaded the same day - Keep the daily site log (who attended, work completed, deliveries, weather, issues) - Receive deliveries, check them against orders, and record condition - Meet inspectors and trades on site and pass questions to the office immediately - Walk the site daily for housekeeping, site security,



and obvious hazards; report deficiencies - Keep the site tidy on days no trades are scheduled - Stop work and call the office immediately if you see an imminent safety danger What you bring - Reliability above all — you show up, every day, and the record gets filed - A smartphone you're comfortable using for photos, video, and straightforward apps - A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to sites in the Windsor–Essex area - Construction site familiarity is an asset; this role does not require a trade ticket - Clear, prompt communication How to apply Apply through this posting, or email your résumé with a short note about yourself to [email protected] with "Site Coordinator application" in the subject line.
