Barraco Physiotherapy & Wellness is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team!

We are an established, community-focused clinic providing comprehensive rehabilitation and wellness services to individuals of all ages. Our team includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors and rehabilitation support staff who work together to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.

We have clinic space available and are excited to welcome an RMT who is passionate about their profession, values collaboration and wants the flexibility to build a schedule and practice that works for them.

Qualifications

- Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient or multidisciplinary clinic setting is an asset.
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative healthcare team.
- A genuine passion for patient-centred care and helping individuals improve their health, mobility and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide evidence-informed, hands-on massage therapy treatments to address muscular tension, pain, mobility limitations and other client concerns.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and patient goals.
- Deliver effective treatments while monitoring patient progress and modifying care plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation, including treatment notes and recommendations.
- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
- Manage an individual caseload while maintaining a high standard of clinical care and professionalism.
- Build positive therapeutic relationships and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
