We are an established boutique spa in Cranbrook with a loyal, built-in clientele, a strong local reputation, and a fully operational facility. The current owner is looking to mentor a passionate, driven professional to take over daily operations and eventually transition into full business ownership. If you have the entrepreneurial spirit but want to bypass the massive risk, overhead, and struggle of starting a spa from scratch, this is your turnkey opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Deliver esthetic services, including body waxing, facials, pedicures, massage, body wraps and more and maintain consistent sanitation practices.
- Support front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality while communicating clearly with guests and colleagues.
- Demonstrate products, recommend relevant retail items, and use thoughtful sales and upselling practices.

This is a unique, hybrid role. You will start as Lead Esthetician, taking over an active books-of-clients and embedding yourself into our brand culture. For the right individual, this position is explicitly designed to transition into fractional partnership and ultimate full business buyout.

Requirements

Experienced esthetician with great customer service, communication, and front desk capabilities are essential for delivering services and supporting daily operations.

High standard of care and expertise for all facets of the business. Related experience with retail sales, guest services, sales, or upselling can strengthen your contribution and readiness for a business ownership or succession pathway.

Pay: $18.25-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
