Required Qualifications:

- ASCM/APICS CPIM certification or equivalent supply chain planning certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

- Expertise in MPS, capacity planning, RCCP, ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Make-to-Order (MTO), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Assemble-to-Order (ATO), or heavy fabrication environments.

- Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
