About the Role:
As a Stylist at Taz Hair Co., you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and creativity while building lasting relationships with clients. You’ll work alongside some of Toronto’s top professionals in a supportive salon environment that values artistry, education, and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional cutting, styling, and finishing services
- Conduct professional client consultations to ensure personalized results
- Recommend and promote retail products to support client home care and achieve salon retail goals
- Deliver an elevated guest experience with professionalism and attention to detail
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with salon standards
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, colourists, and assistants to ensure seamless client service

Qualifications:





- Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and finishing techniques
- Excellent communication, consultation, and retail sales skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to continuous education and growth
- Adaptable availability, including potential evenings or weekends as needed
- Certification or license in hairstyling is an asset

Compensation:

- Commission-based position
- Competitive earning potential, including service and retail commissions, with opportunities to increase income as you build your clientele
