Support digital privacy, consent, and regulatory compliance at CIBC in a hybrid Toronto role using governance and monitoring expertise. As a Consultant on CIBC’s Digital Platforms & Operations team, you will govern privacy and consent practices across digital properties. You will manage trackable technologies, translate requirements into controls, and support privacy-by-default processes. The work includes collaboration across Privacy, Legal, Risk, enterprise, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital privacy and consent governance across digital properties
- Monitor cookies, pixels, software development kits, and related tools
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and processes
- Support audits, investigations, compliance reviews, and gating processes




- Improve governance practices while anticipating regulatory changes

Requirements:
- Experience with consent management platforms such as OneTrust
- Knowledge of privacy frameworks including Law 25, GDPR, and CCPA
- Experience with client preference management and Agile project management
- Understanding of digital and marketing platforms and technologies
