Shape engineering operations, project performance, and commercial growth for AtkinsRéalis’ Mechanical & Electrical team in Toronto or another Ontario office. This Regional Practice Leader manages technical teams and business operations within AtkinsRéalis’ Technical Professional Organization. You will coordinate resources, budgets, proposals, client engagement, and project reviews while strengthening collaboration with the Global Technology Center. The work also includes supporting projects as a project manager or senior technical resource.

Requirements:
- Mechanical or electrical engineering bachelor’s degree
- Membership in a professional Order or eligibility
- Ten-plus years leading technical teams
