Own Higgs Audio releases at Boson AI using technical project management, quality control, and customer feedback across a hybrid office schedule. As a senior individual contributor, you will run Higgs Audio from research through release. Coordinate researchers, engineers, customers, partners, and go-to-market dependencies. Use Python, REST and streaming APIs, GitHub, issue trackers, and evaluation results to guide decisions and maintain a transparent quality bar.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan Higgs Audio releases, schedules, reviews, documentation, and changelogs
- Coordinate API, Boson Workspace, GitHub, Hugging Face, and partner releases
- Define quality standards and catch regressions before customers do
- Triage issues, assign owners, prioritize fixes, and close reporting loops




- Translate customer conversations and usage data into roadmap priorities

Requirements:
- 5+ years managing software projects, programs, or products
- At least 2 years managing technical products, APIs, platforms, or models
- Experience running release processes, launch checklists, and go-no-go decisions
- Technical fluency with Python, APIs, GitHub, logs, and evaluation analysis
- Ability to work hybrid from Santa Clara or Toronto Bring release ownership, technical judgment, and customer focus to Higgs Audio across Boson AI’s model ecosystem.
