Reporting directly to the VP Finance and Corporate Services, you will lead core accounting processes and strengthen financial stewardship. This hands-on leadership role combines technical accounting, financial reporting, commercial analysis, and practical recommendations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and reporting obligations
- Provide variance analysis and actionable financial insights
- Monitor accounts receivable, cash flow, and working capital




- Supervise and mentor accounting team members

Requirements:
- CPA designation with positive-standing Canadian provincial membership
- Seven-plus years in progressive accounting or finance roles
- Experience as Controller, Accounting Manager, or comparable leader
- Strong analytical, commercial, organizational, and communication skills
