Nomad Digital is seeking a Service Manager to oversee Operations & Maintenance service delivery for a regional portfolio from Montreal. You will lead field engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships to meet SLAs and financial targets. Occasional travel within Canada and the USA will be required. The role is hybrid, with a focus on contract management, service performance, and continual improvement across multi-functional teams in a railway connectivity
