Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
* Develop and evolve the program's quality strategy and testing strategy in the context of Guidewire integration;
* Determine validation approaches, test levels, coverage, sequencing, and prerequisites based on the risks and characteristics of the solution;
* Integrate automation and quality controls with CI/CD practices to ensure consistent validation throughout the delivery cycle;
* Establish and promote quality assurance standards, processes and practices appropriate to the program and software package;
* Collaborate with business, development, and architecture teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements, acceptance criteria, and risks;
* Implement indicators to make visible validation results and risks that may affect deliveries,



and then make appropriate recommendations;
* Guide anomaly management and drive continuous improvement of quality assurance practices;
* Advise program stakeholders and support the adoption of quality guidelines within the teams. The profile we are looking for is as follows:* Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in software quality assurance;
* Have significant experience in Guidewire software integration, including the design and implementation of quality approaches and testing;
* Have hands-on experience in conducting tests to translate guidance into concrete and applicable practice;
* Master the integration of automation and quality controls with CI/CD practices;
* Demonstrate the ability to build a risk-based validation approach and adjust coverage according to the delivery context;
* Demonstrate leadership, influence and comfort in a multi-team and multidisciplinary environment;
* Clearly communicate directions, risks and recommendations to stakeholders from different backgrounds;
* Hold training in an appropriate discipline or any combination of training and relevant experience.
