Lead Fever Originals experiences across Canada from Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver, using commercial judgment and strong project management skills. Three in-office days are required weekly. As a Senior Project Manager, you will shape Canadian experiences, manage complex delivery, and own portfolio performance. You will work with local and global teams, venues, providers, and external partners. The role combines strategic decisions, financial oversight, negotiations, and operational execution from confirmation through launch and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from market assessment through ongoing operations
- Evaluate opportunities and build business cases
- Manage P&Ls;, budgets, investments, and return on investment




- Negotiate agreements with venues, landlords, and external partners
- Align stakeholders, resolve escalations, and improve processes

Requirements:
- Seven-plus years of relevant skilled experience
- Complex project, commercial initiative, or operations leadership experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong analytical, strategic, financial, and communication skills
- Experience with budgets, business cases, or P&L; preferred Bring senior project leadership, financial acumen, and partnership skills to expand Fever Originals across Canadian markets.
