Lead project planning with Primavera P6 across complex engineering and construction projects at Hatch. Shape schedules, progress measurement, and performance controls. As a Senior Planner, you will lead planning and scheduling activities across multidisciplinary projects. You will work with Project Controls, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and contractors. The role includes schedule development, monitoring, reporting, change management, and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage master schedules throughout project lifecycles
- Establish baselines, critical paths, and Level 1–3 schedules
- Monitor performance, risks, trends, and corrective actions
- Produce progress curves, earned value,



and schedule reports
- Lead and develop planning and scheduling personnel

Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline
- 8–12+ years of planning and scheduling experience
- Previous leadership of planning and scheduling teams
- Advanced project controls and scheduling methodology knowledge
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 Bring senior planning leadership, Primavera P6 expertise, and project controls knowledge to Hatch’s engineering delivery teams.
