As Salesforce Solution Lead, you will guide complex enterprise solutions from strategy through operations and continuous improvement. You will connect business priorities, technology roadmaps, investment decisions, and operational needs. The role partners with senior leaders, Solution Managers, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams across delivery and change.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce portfolio delivery, milestones, governance, and performance measures
- Communicate decisions, trade-offs, progress, and business value
- Prioritize initiatives, dependencies, risk, cost, capacity, and sustainability




- Lead complex issue resolution and mitigation planning
- Align solutions with architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and platform standards

Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant enterprise solution or technology experience
- Enterprise Salesforce strategy, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle experience
- Complex portfolio, dependency, risk, and executive stakeholder management
- Business case, investment, budget, cost, and value evaluation experience
