This Forward Deployed Engineer role focuses on the last-mile integration challenges facing global enterprises. You will architect middleware, develop custom connectors, and deliver AI Agents that securely connect enterprise data with LumApps. Working directly with customers, you will identify workflows such as HR onboarding or IT support, then convert field patterns into scalable platform improvements and Industry Vertical Packs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Six-plus years of customer-facing engineering or technical deployment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Backend API design and frontend framework experience
- Interest in Generative AI, RAG architecture, and Agentic workflows
